They established long-term
friendships wih their hosts and other students with whom they can communicate even after the exchange. Teachers develop knowledge of other systems of education, learnt about practices in the Polish school and system of education, exchanged opinions, ideas, suggestions with partners and educational authorities. They became more fluent in English and improved their competences in organizing international events. They also improved communication, interpersonal and social skills.
For both teachers and students, that turned out to be an extremely powerful experience. Most of the students had never had the chance to talk to foreigners before and that virtual exchange was a memorable experience which may change their lives. Participants learnt a lot about Polish, Turkish, Romanian and Bulgarian culture, traditions and customs, which enriched their cultural knowledge.

- Virtual mobilities provided all students the chance to participate in the project and meet students from other countries.
- By presenting their projects and attending the online meeting, more students had the opportunity of exchanging ideas as well as improving their knowledge of a foreign language.
- Students were highly motivated as they were going to have the chance to have an active role in presentations.
